Refund and Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final 

No Refunds Will Be Issued. Exchanges will be available for any damaged products upon delivery. Exchange claims must be made within 24 hours of your order being delivered according to the time on the Proof of Delivery provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) or whatever courier service was used to deliver your order.

To file an Exchange Claim send an email with your Name, Order Number, Tracking Number and picture of the damaged product to: playersedgepro@gmail.com 

We Reserve the Right to cancel or modify any Ticket(s) Drawings if minimum quantity of drawing entries is not met.
